Refund and Returns Policy

As each item of furniture is custom made to your specifications we cannot accept returns after delivery unless faulty, if your item is faulty in the first instance we will aim to rectify the fault, in the event that we are unable to rectify the fault we will replace the item at no extra cost to you, the customer.

So long as you are entitled to cancel we will refund you the balance of the item minus any non refundable deposits paid to us once your item has been returned back to us. It is up to you as the customer to return any items to us, unused and in its original packaging at the customers expense within 14 days after receiving delivery. Once your item has been returned back to us any refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Please ensure you have read our item specifications to satisfy yourself that the item you have ordered is what you are looking for.

Discount codes MUST be used at the time of checkout these cannot be applied retrospectively and / or offer a refund of the discount value if the code has not been used.
